Job Description

Kollider is looking for a rockstar business developer to lead Kollider’s growth, partnerships and business expansion efforts. You’ll be working at the forefront of the cryptocurrency industry, helping create and shape new products that will change the way people interact and access financial markets. You’ll be part of the core business strategy decision making as well as in charge of creating and implementing business development plans that will bring these new products into the hands of users.

About you

  • You’re excited about the cryptocurrency space and how it can drastically improve modern financial markets.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development and partnerships of a relevant industry or product.
  • Proven track record of closing and managing full life-cycle of strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Creative deal-making and strong negotiation skills.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for achieving agreed company targets.
  • Self-motivated to achieve results under own initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product and tech teams in an unstructured environment.
  • Cryptocurrency market knowledge.
  • Ability to focus effectively with strong planning skills.
  • Growth mindset with high level of personal accountability.


  • Develop and implement a business development plan.
  • Update and manage new business pipelines in conjunction and coordinating with the product team.
  • Research potential clients and competitors to find new business opportunities.
  • Lead team meetings on business development and strategy including:
  • new business activity
  • status of new opportunities
  • Foster good relationships with the product and tech team to develop new business when required.
  • Appraise and find new business opportunities indirectly related to our core product.
  • Identify and attend networking opportunities via conferences and meetings to build industry relationships at decision-making level.
