The role of our Senior BD Manager for Gaming is to lead and drive Immutable’s future growth engine by building relationships with the largest game developers and publishers in the world and helping them understand the value of the Immutable X platform for their business.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior BD Manager, capable of engaging in both business and technical conversations at many levels of the organisation, including C-suite. This is an opportunity to utilise your awesome skills and track record of leading deals to conclusion with gaming studios and publishers. Bringing across your in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and taking a consultative approach, you deeply understand the customer’s strategy and how Immutable can help achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive our top tier gaming partners are trying to achieve and how NFTs can be a key business driver
  • Bring your key connections across the industry, bringing a ready pipeline of game studios to Immutable
  • Together with a Sales Engineer, design the right solution and craft compelling pitch narratives to get them on board
  • Take full accountability for how many of your partners launch their projects on Immutable X, working with cross-functional teams to make this happen
  • Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Develop strategic plans for your target accounts and identify required supporting resources - you are the master of your destiny
  • Contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Research and stay abreast of all new NFT/crypto trends
  • Build a pipeline of projects from both inbound and outbound lead generation

We would love you to have:

  • 4-7 years in gaming industry in Corp Dev, BD/Partnerships, Strategy roles OR in a sales role selling to C-level decision makers across top 50 global game publishers
  • A track record of top performance in a targeted role
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take accountability for achieving metrics
  • Industry insider knowledge and currently either at a large game publisher, or selling to game companies

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Worked in blockchain / crypto space, or demonstrates domain knowledge & expertise
  • A ready pipeline of customers looking to embrace the jump to web3
