The Role:

As the founding member of our team, you will be responsible for building and onboarding our first DAOs and projects. As one of our first business hire, you will be responsible for creating a partnership pipeline and managing all the relationships with DAOs, partners and other customers. We need someone who can ensure their continued success with Contribute.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the internal voice of our customers and funnel valuable customer feedback to the product team.
  • Create and manage relationships with projects, DAOs, companies and other partners
  • Own the sales pipeline and identify opportunities that lead to impactful partnerships.
  • Be curious about the needs of DAOs and help them succeed with Contribute
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our partners
  • Ensure ongoing success of our customers and work to mitigate risks to their success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are good with people and understand what makes people tick
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for Web3
  • Strong time management skills, ability to run multiple work streams
  • Continuously add value through effective project management, ruthless prioritization and efficient execution.
  • Mission driven mindset
  • 5+ years of sales experience
