HireShift was founded to change how tech companies find, hire and retain diverse talent. According to research, ethnically diverse companies are 35% more likely to outperform their peers yet, more than 51% of business leaders say they struggle to recruit diverse technology professionals. Nearly 70% of young tech professionals say they have felt uncomfortable at work based on their identities and lack of inclusion. Our mission is to help underrepresented tech talent and companies thrive together.

I'm the founder, marketer and full-time customer support at HirePanda.

As a former professional athlete who transitioned into tech, I've had incredible experiences working with great people and teams.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same for many other minorities in the space with whom I've had conversations with. I literally can't count how many times I've heard, "I'm the only one in my company who looks like me” or “I just feel like a diversity hire."

So I started HirePanda with the vision of becoming the premier career platform for underrepresented tech talent.
